OK ladies and gents, you are going to LOVE today’s super-cool wedding. A lakeside wedding with gorgeous scenery, incredible bright coloured flowers and pinwheels everywhere… and just wait until you see the bride’s bouquet! This wedding has such an injection of the bride and groom’s personalities, making it the day they dreamed of.

“I’ve known Lauren since our college days, so I was thrilled when I was hired by Lauren and Dano to capture their special day. Their sweet and intimate wedding took place in the Finger Lakes, a gorgeous location, and it was an eagerly awaited event for all of us who knew them.
“I suspected they would come up with something really fun for their wedding styling, and sure enough pinwheels were consistent throughout their wedding. Lauren’s bridesmaids held pinwheels instead of bouquets, there were pinwheels in Lauren’s bridal bouquet and the table centrepieces, and they gave pinwheel cookie favours to their guests. The colour scheme was bright and bold, with blues, greens and some yellows.
“Our mutual friend, Ben Simington, officiated the ceremony brilliantly. He had a fantastic presence and voice, with just the right balance of sincerity and humour – he did such a great job I think he should take up officiating Central Park elopements in the city!
“The Fontainebleau Inn was an incredible setting, and the weather was nice for the most part, at least nice enough to go through with the outdoor ceremony by the lake. Lauren looked incredible in her amazing Leanne Marshall dress, which was a perfect fit for the Old Country Inn style setting.
“This fantastic couple deserve every happiness. A big thanks goes to my wonderful husband, Keith, for his assistance throughout the weekend.”
