I’m over the moon to kick off the 2020 wedding dress collections with one of the world’s most innovative bridal designers. Last month’s London Bridal Fashion Week saw the launch of the new Jenny Packham 2020 Bridal Collection, and full of artisanal embroidery and signature styling, it’s anything but understated!
For her fabulous 2020 bridal collection, Jenny Packham took herself out of her comfort zone with new diversified looks. Inspired by herself, the collection comprises dresses capturing the spirit of some of the world’s most romantic destinations; Paris, Buenos Aires and New York. A tale of three cities collectively encapsulating a feminine and distinctly modern beauty.

First there’s Paris, renowned for its fin-de-siècle grace and haute couture heritage. Inspired by this sentiment, draped chiffon, finely pleated tulle, delicately embroidered organza and voluminous skirts are softly romantic for an ethereal bride.
Jenny Packham 2020 also pays homage to the sensuality and soul of Buenos Aires, a city synonymous with a Latino love of carnival and dance. Silhouettes celebrate the female form with bias cut crepes, intricate embellishment, fishtail skirts and plunging necklines.
New York is an icon of high octane glamour. High-low hemlines, crystal encrusted mini dresses and ostrich feather trims take inspiration from Upper East side elegance and the hedonism of downtown Manhattan. These are sophisticated wedding dresses for a sensational party.

Jackie (Buenos Aires)
Intricate beading and embroidery in Jenny Packham’s iconic style adorns Jackie. The plunging neckline and fishtail skirt are indicative of the fun and flirty Buenos Aires vibe.
Colette (Paris)
Colette is one of my favourite wedding dresses in the 2020 collection. I adore the pale blush colour accentuated by the pretty white 3D flowers gently cascading over the plunging bodice and full voluminous skirt.
Margeaux (New York)
This sexy, playful number is the perfect choice for an evening wedding party. Imagine changing into this little number to dance the night away… after all, New York is the city that never sleeps!
