Two of my bridal loves are bridal shoes and Claire Pettibone wedding dresses and (I’m a self confessed shoeaholic!). So, I was excited to hear that Claire Pettibone has collaborated with occasion footwear brand Bella Belle to create this limited edition capsule bridal shoe collection.
Consisting of four bridal shoe styles, the collection fuses Claire Pettibone’s whimsical aesthetic into Bella Belle’s signature romantic designs.
Ethereal Styles
Bella Belle delivers fresh and feminine bridal shoes for romance and beauty seekers. This new collection incorporates the Claire Pettibone vintage style and bohemian touch which has made her a household name across the globe.
Handcrafted from silks and fine materials, the ethereal styles feature embroideries, French lace motifs and Guipure appliqué, and are available in pretty soft pastel colours.

Freya
A little ‘something blue’ for a romantic nod to tradition. The Freya bridal shoes make a delicate, romantic finishing touch with a double ankle strap, and tiny flower buds blooming on the heels. Silver threads intertwined with ivory and baby blue embroidery and a few dew-drops of clear sequins give just a tiny hint of shimmer.

Colour: Ivory with blue and silver
Flora
Flora is a quintessential Claire Pettibone style; pale blush flowers with sage green and rose gold accents embroidered onto blush silk satin. A little vintage, a little whimsy, and all of nature’s beauty wrapped up into an utterly romantic statement piece.

Giselle
A classic bridal pump featuring French embroidery patterns with a gorgeous scalloped edge to embellish the design. The removable silk ribbon bow is a nod the iconic ballerina and one of Claire Pettibone’s favourite elements. Brides can choose to customise the design with their own ribbon or heirloom piece.

Mariposa
Iridescent blooming vines stitched on the mesh upper, with Guipure lace butterflies (a Pettibone signature) landed to take a sip of nectar. At the back of the shoe two winged lovers have found each other, so when the heels are together they make a sweet pair. The Mariposa bridal shoes are available by special order, and as the butterflies are hand-tinted each pair is unique.
