And the winner is… About Today Photography!

Our congratulations go to Zoe and Tom of About Today Photography, after this fantastic picture received the most votes in poll to win our May 2018 Picture of the Month award. Taken in front of the Liver Building in Liverpool, Zoe explained how the couple, Janice and Ryan, had asked for some iconic backdrops for their couple pictures…

Colourful and Bright

“Janice and Ryan are from London but now live in Dubai. Having seen The Isla Gladstone on TV, Janice thought the glass house would fit perfectly with their tropical theme, so they decided to celebrate with all their friends and family in Liverpool. As they weren’t familiar with the city, they requested iconic Liverpool backdrops for their couple shoot.

“We took them on a little tour of the docklands, and naturally we had to include the Liver Building! It was such a beautiful summer’s day so the Pier Head area was packed, but Janice and Ryan took it in their stride, laughing and joking with each other whilst surrounded by tourists. We absolutely love colourful and bright photography so we loved Janice and Ryan’s modern tropical theme. The bright, vivid colours of Janice’s tropical flower bouquet looked amazing against the deep blue sky that day!”
