Not only did Youri photograph these styling ideas, but he also designed and styled the concept too.
Every now and then a greenhouse pops up in a wedding, and they lend themselves perfectly to some really cool, unique styling. I absolutely love these styling ideas, especially the use of such incredible bright flowers, set along the rustic table that takes centre stage against the glass walls of the greenhouse. The light streams through and lightens up the tablescape beautifully. The simple yet elegant florals, with a few tall stems displayed in tall glass vases, show that sometimes less is certainly more! I also love the cute votives of candles and flowers suspended from the ceiling of the greenhouse – imagine the glow as dusk falls.
There’s a definite boho vibe to this shoot, especially the bride in her gorgeous wedding dress and bright floral crown. The groom’s styling is awesome too. I love the combination of coral/peach trousers with his blue suit and bow tie.

“For this shoot we took inspiration from nature, in particular the sense of freedom and the colourful feelings that come with it. Together with spring fever, lots of love and an expansive palette of strong colours, this created the bohemian influences required. A wedding with an eye for detail where anything goes.
“A diverse variety of salads and flowers surround delicious homemade cakes on the table. The bride’s long, flowing dress complements her figure and gives her freedom to move around. The colourful flowers and tiara in her hair would certainly catch anyone’s eye, and her hair and make-up reflect her casual and fresh style. Her hair is loosely curled and make-up fairly natural with the occasional hint of shimmer and an emphasis on her eyes.”
