Happy Valentine’s Day! Congratulations if you have just got engaged – exciting times ahead. Today we have some romance for you with this ‘Once Upon a Time’ wedding inspiration, photographed by Twirly Girl Photography.
The shoot took place at Thornbury Castle, and its mystical, medieval nature makes it the perfect setting for this beautiful styling.
With a rich, luxurious, look throughout, the styling reflects the romance of the ‘Once Upon a Time’ love story.
Dreamy, Mystical and Romantic
“‘Once Upon a Time’ was the perfect name for this dreamy, mystical and romantic shoot. The luxurious and elegant medieval influences reflect the beauty of Thornbury Castle and add to the romance and mystical nature of this shoot.
“Our lovely bride wore four different dresses, each one reflecting the romance of the story. Her gorgeous crown was handcrafted from champagne coloured keshi pearls, shell flowers and leaves, and a delicate mix of roses, clematis, ivy and cones created a dreamy wedding bouquet.”
The Barons Room Styling
“Wood panelling, a stunning fireplace and a tablescape with the most beautiful hand painted silk runner. Candles and silverware along with beautiful china and glassware adorned the table.
“A luxurious wedding cake with beautiful berries in gold and damson shades and dripping with chocolate took centre stage.”
Bedroom Styling
“In the bedroom I took romantic, reflective images of our bride preparing for her wedding day.”
Tudor Hall Styling
“The entwined ivy, fruits and nuts and delicate floral displays looked amazing. Beautiful vintage lace, gorgeous antique china and silverware created a luxurious place setting. The stunning cake with a red apple and delicate flower and mushroom detail completed the fairytale.”
