Have you ever seen a wedding with Greek gods as bridesmaids? No, well you are about to, and it’s awesome! Kate and Russell’s wedding was all about elegance, and together with the most beautiful colours of orange and duck egg blue, the styling details are fabulous.
Our thanks go to Neil Walker Photography for sharing these incredible pictures with us…
“Our wedding day was the most incredible day we could imagine. We focused on what was important to us – it’s amazing what you don’t need for an awesome wedding!
“Our wedding theme was classic and elegant with lots of attention to detail, and lots of incredibly generous support from family, friends and contacts meant that we nailed it! A good friend managed all the design, sound and lighting, including surprising me with two Greek gods to accompany me into church! The flowers were fabulous and reflected our colours of duck egg blue and orange, and our cake was gorgeous – cupcakes with a top tier fruitcake and Camper Van topper. It all went!
“Our first dance song was to Ellie Goulding’s ‘How Long Will I Love You’, played by a five piece band. We also asked the band to play first dance songs from other people’s weddings, so everyone relived their wedding memories too.
“We were delighted with Neil and our photographs. His relaxed and natural style meant he got fabulous photographs of everyone, and on the day his attitude was perfect – flexible about any last minute wishes but helping make sure that timings worked and we kept to them.”
