Located in the heart of Lancashire in more than 100 acres of countryside, Ribby Hall Village is a modern and sophisticated wedding venue within a 5 star holiday village.
The wedding venue is 14 years old, built in 2004 to accommodate a growing demand in weddings. In 2009 we opened the doors to our Garden Room, with stunning views of our manicured gardens through the largest windows we could find. 2010 saw the complete refurbishment of our largest room, the Woodland Suite, to ensure all aspects of the venue were consistent with a more modern feel.
Over recent years our Rowan Suite has also had an interior design makeover, with textured wall papers, mirrored console tables and mood lighting.
What is the capacity for a wedding ceremony and wedding reception at Ribby Hall Village?
We have three suites to choose from for weddings at Ribby Hall Village. The Woodland Suite is the largest with a capacity of 350, The Rowan Suite can accommodate 200 and The Garden Room holds 110. We also have an outdoor ceremony feature, the Summer House, which can accommodate 10 people inside and additional guests on the patio area.

No, we do not offer exclusive use.
Is catering provided for weddings or can couples bring in their own caterers?
Our talented brigade of chefs cater for the majority of weddings held here at Ribby Hall Village. We can also offer use of our kitchen to outside caterers for multicultural weddings with specific menu requirements.
What would a typical wedding breakfast menu be?
We offer an extensive menu selection for couples to choose from. Some popular menu items include:
- Starter: Chicken and Chorizo Caesar Salad
- Main Course: Slow Cooked Ribble Valley Beef, Mash, Heritage Vegetables, Pancetta, Yorkshire pudding, Jus
- Dessert: Tarte au Citron, Passion Fruit, Raspberry Ripple Ice Cream, Meringue
Does Ribby Hall Village have a set price for weddings or is there a tiered pricing structure? What packages do you offer?
We offer five carefully crafted packages to ensure we take the stress away from each couple.
Our Love Actually and PS I Love You Packages, named after popular love stories, include everything you would need for the full day of celebrations, including venue dressing, stationery, flowers, food and beverages.
Our Written in the Stars Package was designed to meet the needs of couples who would prefer a more informal wedding with a later afternoon ceremony followed by an evening reception.
For those looking for an evening reception only, to celebrate with family and friends after their overseas nuptials, our Married Abroad, Party at Home Package is perfect.
Finally, with the ever growing Asian and Multicultural market, we offer an inclusive package based on the involvement of outside caterers. We appreciate that every couple is different and we are happy to tailor packages to suit individual ideas and create the day of their dreams.
Does Ribby Hall Village have a wedding co-ordinator on site, and are they available on the day of the wedding?
We have two dedicated and professional wedding co-ordinators, Natalie and Julia. They help our couples from the initial show round right through to the wedding day.

Our experienced wedding co-ordinators are professional yet personal, and quickly establish a relaxed, dedicated relationship. Planning and commitment is how our co-ordinators ensure everything is stress-free, so couples don’t need to worry about a thing on their wedding day. From the moment they walk through the door for their first show round, to the second they are about to walk down the aisle on their big day, our wedding co-ordinators are with them every step of the way.
The diversity of Ribby Hall Village is another area that sets us apart. Where else could you enjoy a relaxing pamper at the spa, entertain the children at Wild Discovery (our very own Zoo), enjoy a quick round of golf, pick up that last minute shoe polish from the shop and enjoy a pre-wedding meal with family and friends! We have an extremely talented team of Chefs with a wealth of experience. This allows them to influence all areas of the kitchen, from menu creation to the delivery of beautifully presented food.
How many weddings does Ribby Hall Village hold per year on average?
We host over 100 weddings per year.
Does Ribby Hall Village have rooms for guest to stay?
Yes, our village boasts 140 self-catering cottages, six pine lodges, three large houses, a Motel and a Spa Hotel. All couples receive a limited allocation for guests to book on their wedding night. Plus, if they prefer to stay for the weekend, they will receive a special discount for attending a wedding.
Is there other accommodation nearby for guests?
We are conveniently located between Preston and Blackpool, so there are lots of local accommodation options.
