We have a whole lot of pretty for you this morning, with these contemporary, romantic wedding table styling inspirational pictures from a shoot which took place at Tros Yr Afon, a holiday cottage and wedding venue situated on the beautiful island of Anglesey, North Wales.

We love this pretty styling, from the incredible floral arrangements in a mixture of feminine shades of pink with hints of blue, to the ethereal wedding dresses and romantic hair styling.

“In the spring, Gill Jones of Gill Jones photography approached us about doing a styled shoot at Tros Yr Afon. She wanted to use Tros yr Afon ‘as a playground for an enthusiastic group of wedding creatives’. The idea was not only an opportunity to push boundaries, experiment, have fun and to add something exciting to our portfolio, but to bring together a group of local wedding suppliers and show what we could do when we all worked together. The answer was of course a big ‘yes’.

“The brief was contemporary, romantic dining. Natural but not necessarily rustic.

“Beautiful flowers in vivid red and pinks amongst the garden backdrop. Candelabra and chandeliers against a backdrop of ivy and brick walls, and our bride, the beautiful Shona, waiting for her groom at a table set for two. Gill loves to look for interesting colours and backgrounds, using foliage to tell the season and give interesting light. At Tros yr Afon there are lots of secret places to hide the bride and groom away, so there came the idea… a romantic, opulent dinner… hidden away in the walled garden.
