Trump Turnberry is a luxury wedding venue and world famous golf resort that offers couples the most enchanting of locations for their dream wedding day. As one of Scotland’s premier wedding destinations, the venue boasts romantic views over slate blue seas and spectacular glimpses of distant mountains. Nestled on Scotland’s south west coast, this five star resort has everything a happy couple could hope for as they plan their luxurious wedding day.

Built in 1906, the main hotel building is 111 years old! Whether you are hosting a grand affair or holding an intimate celebration for a select few, Trump Turnberry is a wedding venue of serene beauty that you and your guests will adore.

What is the capacity for a wedding ceremony and wedding reception at Trump Turnberry?

From two to 500. Couples wishing to host their fairytale wedding in this little piece of Scottish paradise will be delighted to know that this luxurious venue is now made even more special with the addition of the Donald J. Trump Ballroom.

The iconic ballroom has been beautifully designed and is perfectly in-keeping with the lavish style of this impressive resort. This exceptional space has a 500 seated capacity, making it the go-to destination for couples looking for a first class venue to celebrate their nuptials.

We host on average between 20 and 30 weddings a year. There are six rooms available for weddings at the resort, and The Turnberry Lighthouse can host intimate ceremonies.

Is catering provided for weddings or can couples bring in their own caterers?

Both options are available. We have catering within our package, and we also work with specific outside caterers which we consider on a case-by-case basis

What would a typical wedding breakfast menu at Trump Turnberry be?

Couples select their menus at their menu tasting. The most popular dishes are…

Does Trump Turnberry have a set price for weddings or is there a tiered pricing structure? What packages do you offer?

We have three packages:

• From this Day Forward: From £60pp – Build your own
• Happily Ever After: from £120pp – All inclusive
• To Have and To Hold: From £175pp – All inclusive

Does Trump Turnberry have a wedding co-ordinator on site and are they available on the day of the wedding?

We have a wedding and events team available seven days a week – Carrie Hooper, Antonia Shepherd, Fiona McGeechan and Calum Dewar.

Does Trump Turnberry offer exclusive venue use and is this part of the package or is there an extra charge for this?

We do offer exclusive weddings here at the resort. Couples who desire complete privacy on their wedding day may wish to hire the resort in its entirety. This allows their bridal party and wedding guests to have full, exclusive use of the entire resort for the duration of the celebrations. Trump Turnberry offers so much more than a wedding venue – it offers a once in a lifetime experience for the wedding couple and their guests.

There are minimum numbers of bedrooms couples must book for exclusive use, but we have many different types of accommodation to best suit your guests’ needs.

What can a couple expect from having their wedding at Trump Turnberry?

They can expect a dedicated co-ordinator for their planning journey and co-ordinator presence on the day. This opulent wedding destination also features two Championship golf courses plus a 9-hole course, beautifully decorated accommodation for the happy couple and their guests, as well as a luxury spa offering everything the wedding party could need for ultimate relaxation.

What is a typical working day like at Trump Turnberry?

A working day in the events team at Trump Turnberry usually begins with guest correspondence, and then we are busy with appointments, meeting and greeting clients, and being present at some of the events that take place on the resort.
