Emilie and Darren married a year ago, but never really had their dream wedding pictures. So, with the help of the very talented Andrea Kuehnis Photography, they set off into the woods to find the bluebells at the beautiful Tehidy National Park in Cornwall.
The bluebell woodland is such a beautiful setting for these post wedding pictures. Emilie had the most magnificent oversized bridal bouquet with a combination of flowers and trailing foliage. The soft colour palette of cream and white with a pop of pink works so well with the green foliage, and looks great against the backdrop of the woodland and bluebells. And just look at that floral crown – oh my! I still think all brides should wear a floral crown!
Emilie’s style is very natural. Her sheath silhouette lace wedding dress is exquisite, and make-up artist Julie Wiz created a lovely natural glow for Emilie – oh those blue eyes! I have complete eyelash envy going on here. And Darren looks super cool in his chinos and brown tweed jacket, finished off with a fab bow tie.
These amazing pictures by Andrea Kuehnis Photography have captured such fabulous light coming through the trees. I hope you enjoy them…
Soft and Romantic Style
“Cornwall has become my second home, and I visit at least twice a year. I’ve had the pleasure of doing several photo shoots there.
“Although married for a year, Emilie and Darren never really had their dream wedding photos. That’s why we talked about making her dream come true.
“I immediately thought about the beautiful spring time with the many thousands of bluebells the English woodlands are so well known for. It’s a magical time of the year, and Emilie’s soft and romantic style worked perfectly with the location in Tehidy National Park.”
